Offering individualized fitness programs and structured classes without the burden of specified starting times the gym is open from 5am-10am and again at 3:30pm-7pm with access outside these times by appointment.
Located at 19a Strathaird Road in Bundall, iFightFit welcomes you to a complimentary introductory session irrespective of being an established fighter or new to the sport.
