Heal Young Massage is a Gold Coast–based remedial massage clinic led by Hill Yang, a Remedial Massage Therapist and Accredited Exercise Scientist with over 20 years of clinical experience.
Hill has delivered 25,000+ treatments across 20,000+ clinical hours, specialising in chronic pain management, injury recovery, and athletic performance, with a focus on helping clients return to confident walking and running.
Treatment is assessment-led and evidence-based, addressing movement patterns, soft-tissue dysfunction, and functional limitations using targeted remedial massage and practical self-management strategies.
Hill works with active adults and athletes and was a medical team member at the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
