The dentist was overheard chatting/laughing in another room, late by a half-hour, didn't apologize and didn't acknowledge the patient, didn't explain the procedure and was roughly yanking at tooth without any warning. Clearly arrogant and I would never recommend going to this dentist service. The receptionist spent half an hour getting the patient to fill in a credit when they had cash. No communication skills. This procedure was over $5000 and this is terrible service.
